This package includes services aimed at organization of internal document flow and development of local documents, as well as provision of qualified legal help for protection of Client’s rights and interests. Along with services provided by the Econom Package, we offer transaction advisory services, drafting a larger number of commercial services, legal review of Client’s commercial contracts and assistance with out-of-court dispute settlement.Precedent Package
This package is developed for clients who have business disputes with their contractors to defend clients’ rights and interests before court or by alternative (pre-litigation) methods – negotiation, mediation or arbitration. In this package, we also assist our clients to appeal decisions of State bodies including conclusions of State audits (tax audit, fire safety audit, labour audit, etc.)
